We also sell sides of beef to stock your freezers. When the cattle are ready for processing, we take the animal to the processor and it is placed in your name. Once the hanging weight of the animal is determined, you will receive an invoice from Tabo Farms for your chosen amount of beef (Quarter, Half, 3/4, Whole, see pricing information below). You will then choose cutting instructions with the processor, and at pick up you will pay them their processing fee, which can range from $0.75-0.85/pound. Our animals typically average 800 pounds, however have ranged 700-900 pounds.

The more you buy, the less you pay! 

• Quarter- $5.50/pound, $250.00 Deposit
• Half- $5.00/pound, $350.00 Deposit
• 3/4- $4.75, $400.00 Deposit
• Whole- $4.50, $450.00 Deposit

*Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
